I did this about age 20..? (2001-02?)
I always loved watching THE MAXX on MTV (back when Liquid Television was around) and was disappointed when they cut the show. I would LOVE to have the Comic Books, but alas I don't. I used Cutouts from random mags and the Page has a 3d feel to it, which you can probably make out, and I fiddled with the colour settings once scanned into comp to smooth and brighten it a bit. Other than the lil bit of white on the top and left edges (which I would like to colour differently or expand the existing background into and am unable to do with my current photo program), I am happy with it.  (If someone could help with the fixes, I'd appreciate it) |
