The holidays are finally over.
I can attempt to move on from last year's turmoil.

On an annoying note, this side of the hill I live on is being annexed and "welcomed" as part of the city I wasn't even aware it wasn't previously apart of, considering the address. Cities grow and as they do they apparently like to screw with you. The property I am on has been here, as have many others in this lil area, for over 10 years, so it seems silly that the city would annex and give everyone here new street addresses and house numbers, stupid. I actually had to change my house address I have been living in for over a year, to a new house number a couple months back, same house, new number, and Now I have to do this all over again. With the circumstances of this particular house, I have to hope it's as smooth as everyone else's and that the City doesn't make it difficult.
I hate this, it makes me anxious as hell, but then so many things like this do. I hate having to call Billers and try to remember everyone I need to update. Stupid! I will have had to change my address twice, without even Moving!
